Whoever just came from summerslam and saw it they were probally impressed that was awsome how great was the hell in a cell match choke slammed edge right through the ring then lite him on fire

Summerslam sucked. Only 3 high points... Santino gaining the IC (although he's stuck in a comedy act), the HBK/Jericho altercation and seeing Cena lose a match cleanly.

Down points:
MVP bores me to tears.
The ECW "match" was bullsh*t.
JBL had no mic time.
Khali is a goofy ™™™™™™™.
HIAC was weak. If the cage wasn't there, the match would've been the same. Its time for the Deadman to hang up the boots.

your kidding right? that by far made summer slam, Edge has got so "over" the past 3 weeks with his program with taker and this match by far has boosted Edge's career. the fire was a little to much because everyone knows, he wasnt being put on fire, but that match from reading and looking at pictures seemed very good. i'm also glad that they didnt go to the top of the cell, that happens to much to be a highlight moment anymore.

however both wwe world championship matches were awful, everyone could tell HHH & CM Punk were going to win, because it would be awful for ratings if JBL & Khali were the main champions of there respected brands.

also ECW needs to go! they have zero appeal to them, honestly i watch them for the Miz, and John Morrison, but thats it. they are trying to get Matt Hardy over, but its not working and Mark Henry is an awful champion.


i loved how Batista won. i wanted him to win the entire time since i hate Cena, hopefully WWE puts a program with CM Punk & Batista for the title because that'd defintly be better than Cena going for the title.

the most sad thing of summerslam was that Santino & Beth Pheniox were the 3rd best match on the card, i don't think Santino is good enough to even hold the IC title, but he has so much skill in promo's and he is so over the top it will work for now

thats my take on summerslam, for being considered one of the "big 4" ppv's, it was a huge dissapointment

Are you kidding it would have never been the same taker got nailed right through the cage and the cell broke and how many times did someones face get slammed in to cage ? your telling me it would have been the same

That cage spot was stupid. If the entire section of the cage didn't fall maybe it'd at least looked legit. Its just like the choke slam through the ring bit. It just looks like Edge or anyone else who have been involved in the spot in the past, just falls through a cut out spot in the mat haha.

Don't get me wrong, I've been a fan of the Taker since he made children cry in 1990. I just haven't been entertained by one of his matches in probably 10 years. Its too the point where I hope he isn't at Wrestlemania... at least they could just bring him down and raise his hand for nothing. Then maybe the Intercontinental belt might be defended for once...

it didnt even look like a choke slam, it looked more like taker just pushed him off of the ladder. This HIAC was one of the worse i have ever seen, They did nothing to make it special. pushing edges face against the cell? wow thats hard core. <scarasim> Taker is old and NEEDS to retire

why retire? would you have liked to chokeslam somone with no balance, on a 15 foot ladder and a person who weighs 240 pounds probably, and have to do it, its a hard spot to manage, so i wouldn't blame him. also, why does he need to retire? because you say so? thats not a very good reason, he can still wrestle and he put Edge over so much that Edge should be thanking him like no other. that was the best match of the night by far. only fan's who only like big spots would think if someone isnt thrown off the cell that it was bad, it was a really good match, the only thing wrong was the fact of the fire scene, only because it was to obvious that Edge wasnt burning on fire.

Saying HIAC was the best match last night, is like [removed] . and for the fire thing. It was suppost to be a choke slam to "hell", not that edge was on fire. That match could have been inside a cage and it would not have been any different.

The Michaels/Jericho segment was easily the best moment of the show.

I am a huge Edge fan, but Jericho has taken the top heel spot in the company with one punch.

Jericho is totally gonna call out HBK for ducking a punch that hit his wife as being his own cowardly fault... brilliant.

we all know Shawn isnt truly hurt and the ploy of him hitting Michaels wife is to set up a segment where Shawn won't listen to the doctors and fight for his "pride" although someone said his wife's lip was swelling up as they took her away so maybe he hit her to hard? I am a big fan of Michaels, always have, always will, the day he retires will be a very bad day
