    SCF Records Shattered

    SCF had a very successful National Trip thanks to some great staff members and SCF members. Thanks to SCF representing at The National and some great members from other boards checking us out we have shattered some records.

    Even before this month started 3,666 trades were completed in July or an average of 118 trades per day! Our previous record was 3,651 in March. I anticipate over 4,000 trades for August.

    Yesterday, we had a record 120 new members register. These are mostly quality members from The National, Beckett and TCC (we implemented the feedback transfer thanks to their management and members). Welcome! We are glad to have you as a member of the community. I have one question; Beckett members what took you so long? :)

    Also yesterday, there were 8,526 posts! We average 4,000 to 5,000 daily so that was a HUGE increase. Our new members sure talk a lot!

    At one time we had 350+ members on the board and 150 guests. That is around 500 people viewing the site in a single second and why we had some server issues for about 10 minutes yesterday. I've made some changes and we should be good to go in the future.

    The biggest number yet are staggering. Yesterday, SCF had 2.4 million hits and nearly 10,000 unique visitors (a.k.a. unique IP addresses). Most sites don't get 2.4 million hits in a month!

    What is even more surprising is we are certain to break those numbers today.

    All I can say is WOW! 2.4 million hits yesterday alone?!?!? that's 100,000 hits per hour, or 1667 hits per MINUTE! OR....28 hits per SECOND! WOW-ZIE! lol
