I'm reducing the Birthday gifts from 100 CC to 50 CC for registered users. It will remain 100 CC for Star users and above. The goal is to reduce the Card Cash going into the market to ensure it is worth something. If we have too much going into the market inflation sets in. :)

Think of this as the Federal Bank raising interest rates. We are also cutting the referral bonus from 100 CC to 10 CC. Since I instituted the birthday and referral CC we have stepped up CC give-aways in the GTS contests, guess the final price contests, steal of the week, etc. Consider these efforts a replacement for the birthday/referral reductions.
