this has been awhile but first the guy lies three times about when he shipped then finally 3 weeks later I get the cards postmarked 3 days before he sent like 2 1/2 weeks after he said he did
Cards where in a bubblemailer with 1 toploader(no cards in it) and the four cards I bought were not even in sleeves and spend a month trying to get me to remove negative feedback

I'm dealing with one now- greatlion1976. This person has 100%, but that may change.

I paid for an item on July 17th, but I still have not received. He/she claims the package was returned to them for not enough postage. This really gets my goat, I mean, I paid for shipping. He/she says they'll ship next day, well that was a week ago and still no card.

I opened a dispute today, so we will see what happens.

It's funny how a dispute gets your cards moving. I opened 4 of them last month and all of a sudden things start happening. I leave them nice feedback and kill them on the stars. Thank god I'm running out of Olerud cards to buy.

Been trying to get payed by three buyer's first one no longer a user peepeeboy3, got FVF back, second dadof3dudes did not pay got FVF back but with the new rating system i can't even leave negative, and sometime today got to open a other dispute and this buyer has 3563 feedbacks with 99.3% and has already paid over 10 auctions after mine and still nothing, last two months have been bad for me and non-payers

Maybe its me, but it seems like many of the sellers who insist on Immediate to 24 hour payment tend to take almost a week to finally ship out items. that gets me upset.

My apologies. thanks for the warning. I've read these types of posts before and was always grateful. I understand your premise, and am not arguing. I just appreciate any help when it comes to collecting.
