    Although there was no insurance on it the post office dropped the ball here,They damaged the package lost the contents had the time to put the note on the package stating the damage,At the least you should be able to get the money you spent on the card back from them.This was in no way the seller's fault as he even got delivery confirmation.I say take the usps to smal claims court,take care Steve

    the problem with that is the post office has no idea what was truly in there or its value. thats why when you send something with insurance you need to declare the value.
