2008 Upper Deck Football Iconic Cuts Mystery Signatures

Has anyone else pulled one of these. I entered in the code on UD's site and it says waiting to be confirmed and shipped. It didn't say that I had to pick the signature out though. It also says give 12-16 weeks for the item to be here. There also isn't a checklist out. Do I have to call Upper Deck or do I just wait?

From what I was told. Upper Deck doesn't have confirmed checklist.

I thought I heard somewhere that it was random. I think it's one per hobby case on average. I'm cracking a box this week, here's hoping!

I have two of these and I'm still trying to figure out whether to redeem or just sell the redemptions. UD has a checklist up already, there are some big names but of course they are al very very SP'd. Anyways I doubt UD will let you pick even though thats what it said on the sell sheet. My friend redeemed one and it did not ask him to pick who he wants. Most likely it'll just be like the mystery cuts in Legendary Cuts and Sweet Spot classics baseball were its completely random.

I emailed UD, and asked about the Iconic Cuts Redemptions. I was told by one of UD's people on the phone, that the collectors would be able to chose which auto they wanted, but that's all changed now. Here's the email I got back from UD.

At one point you were going to be able to choose your own cut. Unfortunately the software that we are developing that will enable you to do so has been delayed. With the Iconic cuts they are all going to be sent out as mystery cut autos to customers. What this means is we show no presidence over who redeems the card first, last, or in the middle. We ship these cards out completely at random and you will not know what exactly you will be recieving until you open the envelope. If you are curious to see who you might recieve please feel free to visit upperdeck.com and refernce the checklist to see the cuts in the product along with the print run information. I think it sucks, and it's also false advertising on UD's part. I see trouble brewing.

I own 2 and I called it in a list should come in through the mail (wasnt told how long though) and you pick which cut you want send it back/call it in and get that cut... also no confirmed check list but I assume we will see one in a month/2 months but i'm hopping fo a pablo piccasso or a elvis cut lol
