Why'd they change it? Last years product was awesome. What seperates this product from LCM or Classics now?

I bought a box of the 07 product and hit the jackpot! Pulled a Favre jersey # to 50 and a Dwayne Bowe quad helmet/jersey/football/shoe auto. I will definately pick up atleast another couple of packs to see if my luck still holds!

I'm not sure I like the change yet either. Somehow I have the feeling its being done to increase the price. Rather than pay $70 for 7 cards, you can not pay $120 for 80 cards. So what if 70 of the 80 are base, it's all about a bigger ring at the register.

I wonder if I'll be seeing my redemption card from 2007 Limited, the Limited Cuts #5. Player still TBA... But if they put out the new stuff before filling the old, they'll be hearing from me :p

I figured they change it because it may not have been appealing to collectors. I was a big fan of this product in 2005 and 2006. The way to bust that product was to buy atleast 10 boxes and then you could get great stuff. If you busted 1-2 boxes and got 2 common jerseys then you hated the product. I realize not everyone can get 10 boxes but this was one of the top 3 case breaks IMO. They gave you more hits last year and now it seems like its just another product. Dissapointed from the looks of it but who knows.
