Question about ebay
I bought two cards on the bay from the same person. He shipped it and had a tracking number. When you look up the tracking number it says that I received it, but in fact I never did. When I emailed him he said that it is no longer his problem since the DC said that it was delivered. Is there anything that I can do or do I just tack it up as a loss.
Any suggestions

Did the seller use your pay-pal address,, i have had a small problem with addresses being wrong on the pay-pal site, mostly because they moved and did not update it,
other then that not sure what you can do if he used Dc
Can also check ebay or trade site and see if the card you bought turns back up.

Both of my address on both sites are correct, so I know that is not it. I just feel a little sick to my stomach that I feel like I am going to have to just take the loss.
Thanks for the input

I totaled over $80 which is a lot for me. Also in the town I live in once it hit the PO they scan it delivered even though it is not delivered.

Yeah, I'd ask the mailman for sure. All POs don't scan them in when they arrive in the town do they? I'm pretty sure my guy scans as he puts them in the box but I could be wrong. Might be different POs have different technology or something. Sorry it happened.

I would go to the post office and check with them, its possible they have it there. Sounds like the seller was real helpful.

I would stay on your post office and keep bothering them and hope it turns up. I would also file a claim with paypal against the seller, just to make him go through the hassle of posting the DC# and having the money removed from his account. He'll win the case, but I think the seller deserves some hassle since he was so helpful (not).
