the guy has over 2000 feedback with 99+% and he has an ebay store named elkridge sports cards. is it possible he just has nice cards for sale? You guys are very quick to call something fake. If you buy one of his cards and notice tampering then yes you have reason to call it a fake but otherwise i think these cards deserve the benefit of the doubt.

In some respects I agree, but you don't have to buy a card and look for tampering evidence to determine if its a fake. Do you know how many times we've all seen fakes where the person has used a patch that was never worn on a game jersey by that team? If its impossible the patch was never worn in a game, that makes the card fake, correct?

Unless its a situation like the 04 fleer tradition stuff where they had the rookies wear old retro stuff that they never wore in a game and used it for some cards.
But in general you are correct.
