they're saying the same to me, but i keep putting emphsis on why nothing is being done if he is getting reported enough, why is nothing done. here is the latest talks
my question though is, that if a someone's getting reported so much, when is enough enough? he is ripping people off, who don't know as much about fake patches as others like myself do. he is getting money and ebay is getting money from this and honest people are getting ripped off, how is that fair? if enough people report something ebay should know there is a problem with that member

I understand. But I suggest that we just wait for Trust and Safety's response. I'm sorry I can't give you any more information for I also don't know what actions they take to resolve issue like this.Hidden Content

The bottom line is that ebay could care less about what they have for sale on their site, unless something is so obviously illegal or whatever. As long as you pay the fees, you'll be able to sell. I can bet you that they will take no actions to resolve this issue, and the card will sell to someone that has no clue.

sadly that is probably true. I tried to chat with someone about the jackson spa, and I even showed him the photo of before it was faked. He tried to put the run around on me but eventually he said he would escalate it on his end...so I guess we will see

As of this morning, looks like ebay has done nothing as the auctions are still up. Good job ebay, keep the money rolling in.

What I hate is they're sticklers with other things. I tried selling an old version of OSX for the Mac without the manual and had it pulled instantly. CD's were all original but no manual. Took me forever to even figure out why they were axing it. I can't believe they won't pull his stuff.

AND..............................................
here is the original card that this disgusting POS (zinger222 AKA Michael Nissan from Merrillville, Indiana) bought in October of 2007:
#D 6/10

I have been tracking this criminal dirtbag (zinger222) for over three years now. The hobby community has sent INDISPUTABLE proof to ebay that he is destroying & fraudulently creating cards and yet they do not give a DAMN. Ebay is a disgusting, monopoly that does not care about anything but squeezing every single last penny out of the honest workingman. No matter how hard we try to stop this criminal activity, neither the card companies (except for Upper Deck on rare occasions) nor ebay could care less.

Elan, thanks for posting and keeping images of cards this guy buys and alters. At least we can keep people informed, zinger had been laying low for a bit, but reared his ugly head in a big way.

remember I even created a listing stating inof about him and Ebay shut me down not him LOL
I wish the guy that said talk is cheap ebay would shut them down on my burn thread show up. He stated he was on SCF for year and has over 100 trades and knows ebay would close them down.. We again would prove him wrong! I will find and shoot him a PM so he can see that we have been on guys forever to find out Ebay does not care..
