    (2) 08 Triple Threads..Shorted!

    Well I have now busted 11 boxes of this stuff and I have not had any luck at all. This time I was shorted an auto! What should I do about this?

    My EYES!!!!!!! Ouch that was brutal. Dont worry topps is pretty good about it. Just send them a letter with a UPC and a receipt.

    Don't know yet, but as was said - they are usually good about it. I also included my invoice (you have to send the invoice, the box UPC and a pack wrapper helps as well) which showed my purchase of 2 full 18-box cases of 08 TTT. I hope they take into account the amount I purchased and make the replacement something worthwhile. We'll see.

    Send Topps a nice letter explaining what happened and include the box and all of the wrappers (very important!)...also you may wish to add the other autos you did receive so when they compensate you you may get one you don't alredy have...I busted a case of 08 Topps Chrome Baseball and seven of the boxes had only one auto...I sent it all to Topps (USE Delivery Confirmation!) and within two weeks I had a letter of apology and seven autographed cards...unfortunately 5 of the autos were already ones I pulled...If you can prove your point they will corret the error...however, don't expect anything extra because of their error...it happens way too often...Good Luck!

    I had Upper Deck short me some autos in a box I bought. I sent all the info in they needed and all I got were 2 packs of cards and a letter saying we are sorry for that...I only got 2 packs with nothing in them.
