I think I read somewhere that the medal game this weekend will be on at 2:30 AM Sunday morning... ughhhh. I guess thats a reasonable time for those on the West Coast though.

I stayed up late and watched the first game. Watched the other three on DVR this afternoon.
USA struggled mightily in the first half. They were 2 for 12 from 3pt at one point and shooting 50% from FT. Terrible. Went up by 12 at halftime...but very lucky. We got 5 points in the last 30 seconds, one of them being a 3 at the buzzer. Deron's 3 did shift momentum and USA ran away with the win. Kobe had an awesome game!

Spain coasts and defeats Croatia 72-59.
In essentially a road game, Lithuania easily handles China 94-68.
United States pushes strong in the second half and defeats Australia 116-85.
In the best game of the tournament, Argentina barely defeated Greece 80-78. Greece fired a 3 with seconds left and missed.
