    Wheels Flag Chasers card.

    Well back when I was probably 9 I pulled this card from a pack I bought from Walmart, of all places. Now I'm 17 and fell out of card collecting a couple years ago. I don't know what reminded me of my old collection but I dug through and found this gem. I was wondering if anyone could give me some info on it, like value and such. Its a 1999 Wheels Flag Chasers. # 26/45. Thanks everyone!
