    fleer is not the worst but they are upthere though. i would put the worst as upperdeck and a close second is fleer.

    I HATE FLEER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!WOW!!! OPENED A $90 BOX AND WAS SHORT 2 PACKS AND THEY SET ME BACK 2 PACKs OF SKYBOX LE AND GOT NOTHING!!! TOOK THEM NEARLY 4 MONTHS TO RESPOND!!! I LOVE UPPER DECK! HAD PROBLEM< THEY SNET ME BACK 4 AUTOs ONE OF D MCNABB AND RAY LEWIS E JAMES AND RICKY WILLAMS VALUED AT OVER $250!!!!!!!! THEY ROCK!~!
