I keep seeing people offering PayPal, but no one ever buys anything. So let's shake things up. I'm guaranteeing to spend $25 for the best offer by 11 p.m. CST. The only stipulation is no Press Pass or Sage and the offer must contain at least one auto or patch with a BV of at least $50. Don't want to check buckets; just make an offer.
