Two more autos in Finest, but $40+ more and Chrome is always easy to move. People like putting together the Chrome sets, so you can even move the base cards pretty easy. I always try to get a box of Chrome, maybe Finest if I have some $$$ left over.

Just a personal opinion but i prefer Chrome, like the others said it tends to deliver more value and people collect base sets and parallels every year.

My favorite player is Randy Moss and I looked at the topps finest check list and he is going to have a single autograph card and a dual auto with him and brady. So finest is going to get my money. Its the first time in years I've seen a Moss auto in newer cards.

Topps Chrome without a doubt.
Better bang for your buck. The RC Autos are more desirable. The RC Refractors have just a few variations which are worth more than Finests thousands of variations green and purple which are worth nothing.
I'll just say I'd rather pull a McFadden RC Refractor out of Topps Chrome than a McFadden Green Refractor out of Finest.
