This is why if I do use a sale value I research and try to give the low sale and the high sale. Then discuss it....

absolutly agree with you Ed! although i dont sell much or buy, i have been checking what it sells when it comes to pack pulls, like i got a dennis dixon rc refractor from topps chrome, since it doesnt book probably until august, i checked ebay for completed auctions. it sold for an average of around 4, and with shipping makes it 7 averaged, it sold as low as 3dlvd and as high as 10dlvd, 7 is a fair amount for sv.
i'd assume the bv will probably be 15 eventually, but i really like it and will probably hold onto it for now!
some people like you said, try to buy at the lowest and sell at the highest, however the other day, i saw a thread where the person wanted to trade his gu for autos (and reading the thread, looked like he only wanted star autos) and wanted to trade bv straight up, the thing thats awful, is he only deals with sv, so only used bv to his advantage.

whats so weird about BV is they know what a player is worth before they even play a professional game, which i think is stupid.Well think about this.for example you got a topps auto rc of peterson and it books $100.00,but you got an upper deck auto RC of him also, but it books $150.00 both not numbered.Whats the difference they are both autos rcs of the same guy,but id be willing to bet that they both have the same SV,so where to they come up with difference BVs of the same person but just on a different card.
