Thats a useful link. I didnt know we had that.
Question though; what is the difference between the M.I.T. program I saw mentioned in previous posts, and the Volunteer program? Just curious. Thanks.

volunteer is for those who are under 18 but can still be part of the team. they dont have as many priviledges as mit's or staff i believe. and i think when you become 17 you can be a MIT

George, didn't we post an announcement detailing the MIT and Volunteer programs somewhere? Since the search feature is down, I can't find it/them. It would be nice for potential applicants to review in advance what the requirements/duties are.

Advisors are the younger people who wish to help but not given mod permissions that of mods or MITS. So they do not have to do as much because of their permissions. MIT's are training to become full staffers. But because you are an MIT doesn't mean you will become staff. Everyone has to go through approval by the team/staff they work with.
So if you don't pull your weight we'll remove you from the program and move on basically.
Team Managers usually have final say.
Some perks- larger banner in signature, monthly paycheck (card cash), box reviews, staff only perks (they know what they are)

Andy already thought of that but without search I'm lost as well.
When it comes back (IF?) then I'll run a search.
