My guess is no one has come up with anything yet?

Here's how to do it at the new Beckett:

    1. Go to www.beckett.com.
    2. Click the green box that says "Visit the new Beckett.com" in the center circle.
    3. Click the blue box that says "sign in" in the upper right corner to sign in. If you have not created an account, do so now.
    4. Under the search bar at the top of the screen are several buttons. The rightmost button says "category" and has a pull-down menu. Roll the mouse over that button and click "player" from the pull-down menu.
    5. A list of every player and team will appear. Just above the listings is a smaller search bar that says "search within these results." Enter the player's name in that bar and search.
    6. A list of all players whose names match your search will appear. Find the correct one and roll the mouse over his box. It will turn blue. Click his name just below the image.
    7. That player's page will appear. Below the image are several tabs. Click the one that says "organize" with an orange filing cabinet.
    8. The player's checklist will appear. You may have to wait for it to load. Its default setting is to display 25 results per page, with links to each page beneath and to the right edge of the current 25.

Note that Beckett's listings are not always accurate, especially in regard to cards whose production was cancelled at the last minute. They only go by initial prodcution information provided by the card companies, so for example when Upper Deck cut production of its high-end products in late 07-08, both Upper Deck and Beckett's web sites claim the existence of cards that were cut from production.

Ok so now I have that under control, is there a clean way to copy these checklists to an excel spreadsheet? Or word?

Doubt it...you'll probably just have to highlight and copy. But if you're using a PC, you could try copying from the web page into Windows notepad first, then copying from there into Word to get rid of all the formatting code.
