Does anyone buy from Target?

I normally go to my local card shops when buying boxes or singles but they charge way too much for individual packs like $6 for 08 ft ball heores when you can get them for $2 at walmart but anyways I was at Target the other day and they have boxes that are guranteed and HOF or top name player auto in each box and the boxes sell for $30 they also have game used boxes that just have 1 Game used card per box for $10 I bought 2 once too see what I would get and I got junk pretty much so I was just seeing if anyone has bought one of these HOF auto boxes plmk if you have any info on them.

well the pack difference is due to retail vs hobby packs the retail heroes good luck getting a hit but the hobby has 4 a box 8 may be a bit steep I think they are 6 here but thats better for hits

If you're talking about the presspass legends 3 pack retail for 30.00 you are not guaranteed an autograph,you are guaranteed a gu or autograph.I bought 1 and was lucky enough to pull a mcfadden saturday swatches gu but for 30 bucks i'd stay away.take care Steve

I buy from target all the time. DOnt ever buy loose packs from Retail stores though

some of my many target tripes yielded:
through those guranteed GU or Auto i got 3 brett favre Private stock /50 #ed 4,41,01 all 3 were 2 clrs except the #ed to 4.... ps sold them for 30 dlvrd and the #ed to 4 sold for 80 :)
Topps 2006 or 2007 a hines ward super bowl ticket stub auto sold for 286 :)
... and my latest hit was aj hawk press pass legends auto so as you can see i have pretty good luck with target.... :) thanks

i buy the blaster boxes only @ target and have yeilded some good hits out em. Right now they have 08 UD with a guarantee event used rookie card in them for $20.00.
ive pulled a couple of autos from P.pass and prestige as well. But stay away from the single packs i have never got anything good from them. Learned my lesson last year.
I also like the varity boxes with different packs from various years and have netted a couple g/u and auto from those as well as graded rookie cards, for $10.00 a box.

yeah I as well Don't buy single packs from them anymore, once I bought 3 packs of prestige they are supposed to have 5 cards per pack i recieved 1 pack of 5 a pack of 4 and one with 3 and a piece of cardboard and it was all base junk that i paid $9 for so I drove back to Target and complained to the manager about it you could tell she didn't know crap about anything to do with collecting so they gave me a refund and a $10 Gift card lol

While I love Donruss stuff I would never buy their retail stuff. I mean Gridiron, Threads and the like. While Prestige is something I would buy, that's different that's Playoff.

Donruss blasters never have much of anything...Prestige have had more success than others. Topps blasters more specifically Chrome normally tend to have pretty good stuff, as always retail is gonna have lower odds of pulling something decent, loose packs at the stores are pretty much full of nothing but base cards.
