Question Why would anyone pay this much!!!

    Kyle Orton Exquisite

I paid under $40 shipped 3 months ago. Did the seller create another account and buy the card from himself for $260 Because who else would pay that and just think of the finally value fee he would pay for the auction I would love to hear other thoughts.

Everyone loves top jump on the bandwagon of players who are now named the starter. Look at JT O' Sullivan cards. He was a rookie in 2002 and nobody was buying his stuff until now.

Very common everyone buys the hot player (not saying Orton is going to be any good), but it common practice in the hobby.

Maybe a big Orton fan needed it for his pc,I don't know the book value on that card but i would imagine being from a high end brand like exquisite the 260 paid for it was slightly less than bv.If orton has a break out season it might not be a bad buy.take care Steve

This Is america, Were all about Hype! Bears have a big following. Granted not like the steelers or Cowboys but I figured this would happen. Aaron Rodgers is at 260 with 8 hours left.

Yeah it's all about hype. I don't get why there is hype around Orton though he started a lot of games his rookie year and wasn't any good. Even if you are an Orton fan I think it is a good idea to try and flip that card ASAP

Sometimes I forget! What made you decide to authenticate the Emmitt Exquisite? Looks great.
