How many teams were in the draft? I'd say you're a bit weak at QB, don't know much about Rodgers and Rivers doesn't put up huge stats.
RB is ok, 2 unknowns in Turner and Williams.
WR/TE is ok, curious why you have as many TE's as WR's
K/D - Good with those picks
Overall, I'd say there are some question marks with depth and unproven players, but I've seen worse.

I like Rivers and Rodgers...obviously, I don't think they'll be as good as Peyton, Brady, Palmer, Brees, etc, but should be two solid QBs. The RBs I like w/reservations...I think Turner and Williams are going to have good years (did you see the Panthers game last night, by the way?) but there are questions on them. I like Edwards, Bowe and the TEs, but with only 3 WRs, I'd have somebody w/more certainty than Sweed. And I agree w/BU, I'd have 4-5 WRs and 1-2 TEs. I'd also drop Prater and pick up another RB, then you can find somebody to swap out on the waivers for Folk's bye week.

Thanks for the replies on my team. There were 12 people drafting today, but 5 didn't show up, so we decided on whoever wasn't there got the next best player available. There really wasn't much left, as everyone loaded up on RB's and WR's. I got what was out there, but maybe I can swing a trade or 2 and boost my team a little. Once again, thanks for the replies, greatly appreciated.
