    Need Help Quick! Is this patch fake???

    2006 Absolute Marks of Fame 63/150



    this card is #'d to 150 and there is a prime version #'d to 50, so that makes me leary of this being real. what is everyone's opinion?

    I'd definately steer clear. If there is a prime jersey version, then that should be just a 1 clr jersey piece instead of the patch. Not too mention, there is too many loose threads for me.

    I'm curious, you don't buy patch cards if there are too many loose threads? I suppose if a patch has wrinkles in it, you wouldn't buy it either?

    I don't buy the card with a patch that was lots of loose threads and/or look either altered or imperfect. Depends on how the patch looks, not what is wrong with it so to speak. If it has wrinkles, but still looks great, then sure I'll go for it. If it has loose threads, and I don't like the look, then I'll pass.
