Denver Democratic Convention Protesters
These are the people that worry me. Protesters that are against freedom of speech (oxymoron?) and lack any class. Generally, the people that are against debate and hate their country NO MATTER who is President. Smae guys that claim 9-11 was an "inside job".

LMAO...how are they against freedom of speech??? The guy says "F Corporate Media" and he's against free speech? The problem is nobody likes Fox News, which is the most slanted news outlet in America...
and please, please, please don't get me started on 9/11 being an 'inside job'
EDIT: I need to at least say I'm not a conspiracy theory nut that believes every ridiculous, unproveable angle that is thrown their direction...but I completely believe that if the 9/11 Commission had actually done it's job, you wouldn't have half the people out there making absurd accusations

After being around these kids first-hand I can tell you that they are all idiots and have no idea what they are even doing there.
We had a group of protesters in front of the State Capitol who had no idea what they were protesting, only that they were protesting. They soon dispersed after we told them if they didn't leave we would make them leave.
I got called fascist, oppressor, and all the other names on the "talking points" cards passed out by Recreate 68 but barely a person here has any idea why they are here other than they don't like Bush.
If anything really exciting goes down I'll let you guys know but for now it's just a bunch of trustifarians (trust-fund rastafarians) protesting for the sake of protesting.

I've watched this video like 7 times now, and I still don't understand at all what it has to do with free speech...can anybody explain that to me? What is that tool reporter talking about?

Not exactly sure who's side your on here, but my guess is that the "tool reporter" is referring to their inability to define what they are protesting.

wait, why do I have to be on a certain side here? What's that got to do with anything? They could be protesting the color of the new marshmallow in Lucky Charms for all I care...
A guy shouts "F Corporate Media" to which the tool reporter says "Do you not believe in freedom of speech?"...I don't get it...then the reporter asks another guy what he's protesting and the guy politely responds "I don't want to talk to you"...fair enough...Another person says "stop the torture, stop the war"...i'm with that...and then the whole crowd starts chanting "F Fox News" and the tool reporter says again "Do you not believe in freedom of speech"
The only thing I can conclude is that maybe the tool reporter feels they are against freedom of speech because they dont want him in their face asking questions? Obviously the F-bombs might be obscene, but certainly not against free speech...
It just doesn't make any sense to me, so I was hoping somebody could at least explain that to me...thanks!

I suppose the terminology that the "tool reporter" was using was incorrect. Though, I would be interested to know what they were protesting. If I was marching, I'd be glad to tell someone. Maybe they're protesting the "tool reporter."

"stop the torture, stop the war" is what it sounded like to me...but maybe they were protesting the tool reporter....whatever they were protesting, it certainly didn't sound like they were protesting against free speech
