seller of the tom brady just messaged me saying:
Okay the card is peeled at the corner. I want to make sure that we understand that the card as it is has damage and that you are accepting it as damaged. I keep all communication as proof so please tell me that yes you would prefer a damaged card rather than a refund.

I replied back asking for a scan of the back showing the damage, so he will now have to honestly scan the back of it to show there is no damage or have to damage his own card scan it, then not know whether ill tell him to keep it and refund my money or that ill take it as is.
