Not quite true....while you did claim it, you no longer have the cc for the tickets. You must maintain the cc at all times to claim the ticket numbers...

Exactly...
Look at a box of cards. If you buy a box, you'll pay one set price. However, if you buy each individual pack, you will end up paying more in the end. Same concept here.
We could have easily just listed the card for 25,000cc in the card cash store. How many people would have a shot at that? However, by listing it this way...it gives numerous members an opportunity at it just like giving more people a shot at getting the hits out of box of cards, so the price in total will end up being a bit higher...but low enough for everyone to have a chance...
