My personal preference would be a 2008 rookie offensive player. So I picked Will Franklin, as I think he has the best chance to play out of the affordable 2008 offensive rookies listed. (DeSean Jackson is already popular and quite expensive)
But if any of those guys have a reason to like them (prefer their team, the college they came from, the position they play, what their mom's name is, etc), then I'd say go with that. It's always easier to collect someone if you already have some sort of connection with them.

EDIT: leaning on Bennett.

Jackson, he has looked good in preseason, WR's don't go that high, and he can be a great player

Hector as long as they are not a Steeler :) Holmes has not slowed down at all. Jackson will be way too pricey for what he is looking for.
