BAD Ebay seller!!!! BEWARE!! Read please!!!

I purchased a 04 SPx Tatum Bell Auto/Jsy RC /1499 about a month ago. I sent a money order on the 14th of July for it because he did not take Paypal. I then recently still haven't gotten the card so I email asking where it was. He replies back card has not been paid for and files a unpaid item dispute with me on it. Well I email him and told him I will check it out with the bank and told him I believed it was cashed. So after he gets that he replies back with a nasty message basically calling me a liar and said I never paid. Well I replied 1 last time before checking with the bank saying that if I found out it was cashed that I would be leaving negative feedback regardless of getting the card or not. So I checked with the bank and they told me it was cashed on the 24th of July. So I got scans below of the receipt and print out showing it was cashed. I came home and left this guy a negative feedback and he instantly emails me with vulgar language left and right also threatening and harassing me as well. Well he replied to my feedback so I followed up. He closed the dispute before I was able to provide proof item was paid for so I got a Unpaid Item Strike on my account. I'm currently appealing this with Ebay at the moment and waiting to hear back. He is still emailing me threatening he will get me back for the negative I left and other threatening things and vulgar language. I just want you all to be aware of this LOSER!!! I will be filing mail fraud charges with his local PD as well as harassment charges with all the emails I have gotten from him. Feel free to check it out below and you tell me who is wrong. well i got 2 things to say to this.....1. this is what happens when you buy any tatum bell, its a lesson to teach you to never ever buy any tatum bell card......

secondly.....what kinda seller with 100% would scam someone for 6 bucks and risk ruining is feedback over it....what an idiot

I bet he didn't think the Bell RC auto would go that low? I don't know man. I don't understand why he'd cash it and then claim there was no payment.

See he just keeps saying he never received payment but I have the proof showing he cashed it. He did send me a email after I left negative saying I was going to give you the card for free with refund but **** and so forth because I left negative.

i think the guy got his stuff mixed up....... there is no way you would risk your perfect feedback behind a tatum bell card..... the guy probaly recieved 2 or 3 payments the same day and got stuff mixed up.... i know there is no excuse for that but stuff happens sometimes..... i remember i had 160 feedback on ebay before i had a negative.... and it seemed that negative ruined all my hard work........ that is why i say i think he made a honest mistake......... and he was to stubborn to be prooved wrongwrong

I agree with bo, It looks like the seller accidentally made that mistake. But even if it was a mistake, he shouldn't have replied with negative words. You did what you had too, but I think you should have just shown him the receipt first. (before you gave him a negative feedback) Maybe things would have turned out different.
