    Icons Favre Letterman Redemption

    I pulled this from a box of Icons today. I was excited at first because I thought it was an auto redemption but then noticed the word "auto" was absent. Can someone tell me what the deal is with this redemption? Is it just a regular fake Immortal Letterman patch? Seems weird that there would be a redemption for manufactured, unauto'd patches.

    Interesting. Here is another ebay auction for the same one, but he doesn't mention anywhere about it being auto'd. http://cgi.ebay.com/2008-08-NFL-Icon...QQcmdZViewItem

    Upon further review, there are some on ebay that are not redeemed and from the Immortals set, and are NOT auto'd. So I'm guessing yours will not be auto'd. Nice card though! I'd take it!! Plus, other Favre's are selling for around $50 a pop. So definitely not auto'd.

    Wow, I find it absolutely hilarious that people will pay that kind of money for a manufactured patch of a player. Not game used, not event worn, totally manufactured. Why even bother?

    Yeah...it's not Autoed....I believe they are going to do these in a Jets uni and that's why it's a redemption...

    I know it's ridiculously stupid to sell these or even produce them, but having the whole "Broadway Brett" set would be a pretty cool collectors item.
