If you went to McDonalds 100 times a year and had a neutral or negative experience twice, would you suggest they close McDonalds?

yes but if theres a line of 100 people at mcdonalds and your one of the two people who got the wrong order and they refuse to help you out, you may not know or may not care that 98 people still liked their service, and may not go back to them. its the same thing with any place that offers a service

I don't care how many positives he has. If I was one of those who was ripped off, I should be happy because he's still at 99% positive? If you run a business, make sure its legit.
Now, I'm sure many of those negative and neutral were left because people are ignorant and leave the feedback for the sake of doing harm.
Still remarkable the business achieved 1 million.

Thats pretty amazing. But 98.8% positive is still impressive, in my opinion. 1.2 out of 100 people leave neutral or negative feedback. Thats not bad. And I'm sure many of those are not major problems. I know some are more serious, but a lot are probably slow shipping and things.

I'm not saying they should be kicked off ebay like someone said, but you are talking 10,000 people who didn't get the right thing, never got anything, got there item a month late, etc. Not ok imo.

yea you can pretty much expect to get 0% customer service from them. id rather buy from someone who checks their email and knows what item i bought.

Yeah any bad transactions, 1 or 10,000 is not a good thing, but I'm just saying if you look at the percentages, there pretty similar to an average ebayer.
