the east is week, and i gotta believe if they get the 6th seed and almost the 5th without brand he can elevate them to the 4th.
rodney stuckey ring a bell to you? amazing young player, excellent in the playoffs? billups is still clutch, hamilton i never liked and would love to see him gone, tayshaun plays amazing defense and shoots the 3. rasheed still can play defense as well, and he is the #3 or 4 option so he doesnt have so much pressure. the only question mark is center, but i think they'll do fine, lebron has proved he only will and can do so much, they arent the #2 team in the east, they don't have the best defense and are poor on the outside game, lebron would be better if he didnt attempt so many long shots and just went into the paint where he cant be stoped

I agree w/ gladdy...and maxiell also had a great playoff run! However, what really kills me is how weak the East is and everyone besides me was saying "beasley this and Beasley that!" where I have been saying bust! But no one thinks the bulls can manage the top 8 in the east?????

how can you agree with me but put detroit 6th? and miami 4th? you will all see call me bias, but they have a track record of proving people wrong in the past, everyone said when ben wallace left there winning was done, when cavs went to the finals everyone thought the detroit era was done, it for sure isnt. they have to much young talent to be done. they have to many good shooters and there defense is to strong, by putting them 6th thats like saying they might barely be over .500

walts predictions are impossible anyways, because either Cleveland or Detroit HAS to be in the Top-4, due to winning the Division.
And Dan, how do you figure Detroit's run ISN'T done? It most certainly is. They won't get back to the Finals again with the team they currently have.

1) Celtics
2) Philly - they will be surprising!
3) Cleveland
4) Orlando
5) Detroit
6) Toronto
7) Miami
8) Washington
Although, Washington and/or Miami could be replace by Chicago and/or Atlanta

i love how there are two of you who have phili not making the playoffs at all and putting teams like chicago, miami, and "hotlanta" before them.

ahh. i really think mo williams is a good player, but he won't send them over the hump (so to speak) he doesnt have enough impact to draw enough attention from detroit, if they had chauncey (but it wouldnt happen) or some impact PG who can step up and shoot the clutch 3, thats when lebron would be at his best
