My Best Mailday Ever!!!

well today i go to the mail, and i get some pc verlander stuff (now at 199 different cards!) and i get something from Duke, i didnt think much of it. well just now i open it, and think "i sent an email to coach K back during the olympics" and today in the mail comes an autograph from him saying "To Dan, my best wishes always!" signed by him! i am by far a huge Duke basketball fan, ever since i could remember, i have always liked there basketball team, while i don't always like the players i love the organization. i sent a really long email to him expressing my appriciation to his coaching and told him to bring us home the gold (so i'm the reason we won :) lol jk) but i love how he took the time to read the email and send me an autograph picture, once my scanner works, i will scan it, but right now i am completely in shock!

Congrats on the PC additions, Dan! I love the Coach K signed photo I got via email as well, so I know how you feel.

thanks! i just had completly forgot so i was shocked to see it, and i assumed it was some college BS about finacial aid or something, but then it didnt say "to the parent or guardian of..." so i knew it was something i had done :) i'm kinda mad at the mail lady she folded it in half so theres kindof a crease doen the middle but didnt effect the signature, i have something to put it in though! hopefully i can scan it next week!

lol, that's how my photo arrived, bent right down the middle, but the signature was fine. I put my photos in a 8x10 toploader, but they go for about $2 each now, so I just use a sleeve instead.

i actually have some of those i think, i have some auto photos i bought (or my aunt bought for me :)) but i havent scanned those yet, there is some good detoit bad boys in there i think? but will look soon!

Yea I use a sleeve for my 8X10 I have corey maggette, coach krzyzewski, elton brand, shane battier, jay williams, carlos, boozer, luol deng, jj redick, christian lattnear, cherokee parks, grant hill, bobby, hurley, chris carwell, and steve wojo.......but congrats you are lucky as couch k normally doesn't just take time to do things like that! Usually the only way to get his auto is to konw someone or purchase something from the duke miracle network
