Writing to Upper Deck
Just bought a Box of Upper Deck NFL Draft 2008 and must say I am very disappointed. Instead of the 5 autographs I was supposed to get "on average" I only received 1. I also only received 1 numbered rookie, instead of the 2 "on average". Box was factory sealed and not tampered with. I bought it from my local card/comic store and have never had a problem with them before so I know they didn't do anything to it. Does someone have the address and department on who I write at Upper deck for this. I understand they put the whole "on average" thing so they aren't guaranteeing, but 1 autograph is just ridiculous.
Thanks in Advance
Dengar
P.S. BTW, my autograph was a Mike Hart and the numbered rookie was DeSean Jackson.

the number can be found at www.upperdeck.com ....you positive this wasn't a retail box? If so, you may need to send the top of the box and a letter explaining in the nicest way you can what happened and how disappointed you are. Chances are you will get some sort of compensation.

Yes,
I would first verify that it is in fact a hobby box.
