The name's ok, the logo stinks!

I still love the Durantulas, and think that logo would be much better than the Thunder's logo!

i bet the logo and colors will change in the next 5 years...like the toronto...memphis...the diamondbacks...and the devil rays..expansion teams are suppose to start of looking like doo-doo, i guess...so that they can look 10 times better in a few years...they should just copy texas and use burnt orange and white..that would be sick

That would be sick, but Oklahoma Sooners fans probably wouldn't like that idea, lol.

My idea for colors would be black, some shade of blue, and gray or white.

Hah, that was one of the names I thought of even before they'd confirmed they were leaving Seattle.

I am rarely so full of hate toward something. . .

    1) Hate the name - like someone else had mentioned previously, sounds like a WNBA team.

    2) Hate the colors - tacky, puke-inspiring. Probably kept the "yellow" color in there to jab the knife deeper in to Seattle's fan's hearts.

    3) Hate the logo - ugly

    4) Hate Clay Bennet (& David Stern slightly) - for destroying basketball in Seattle and all the lies.

    5) Hate that there will be no Seattle Supersonics on NBA 2k9/NBA Live. . . .etc.

As a NBA fan, the four teams I rooted the most against were Knicks, Pistons, Lakers, Celtics. I did like the Pistons when they beat the Lakers so I don't hate them as much anymore, I like the Celtics when they beat the Lakers so I don't hate them as much anymore either. The Knicks are a joke right now. I still don't like the Lakers, but I hate the OKC Thunder so much more; I really dont' have anything against the city itself, but the way the team was obtained was just despicable.

I've never been to Seattle and don't even root for the Sonics.

The only team I will be rooting violently against this year and every year from this moment on WILL be the OKC Thunders.
