we can work something out.... COD is on hold the GFs parents are over.... i rescued a 1 to 2 day old kitten out of a storm drain so they came over to see it.... i will be on COD as soon as they leave

Depends what day it is and whether I work or im off.
If im off I do grappling in the morning, weights in the mid day, and run at night.
If I work, i do weights in the mid day, at night i go run and work on grappling techniques.
