Paypal Question

I won an auction 10 days ago and paid immediatly and still havent received the card.I emailed the seller and said id give it until tomorrow and if i havent received it by then that i will be filing a dispute for item not received with paypal and leave neg feedback.
Hes says hes got a receipt showing when he mailed it.If i file who would win?
dosent he have to show proof it was delivered to win a dispute with paypal?

If he has delivewry confirmation then you are done. He is going to win. DC doesn't say if it was delivered to your door but it says that the post office drop the item someplace. He will have his evidence.

he didnt use DC, he says hes got a receipt from PO where he shipped it

Well if its just a receipt than who knows, the receipt doesnt say what was in the package he shipped but it does probably have the zip code to where the package was going.

I know 10 days are a lot but if it was me I'll wait a couple of more days just in case. Sometimes the post office is too busy and take longer to deliver stuff. I can't see ebay from work but what is his feedback score and how many neutrals and negatives he has and why?

The thing is ive won 2 auctions 3 days after theirs and have already got my cards.I emailed them and told them whats going on and im going to copy and paste the reply

a scanned receipt wont work for him- you will win the dispute- but i think you are being a bit hasty- threatening negative feedback is generally a bad policy. id give it another week, ive had stuff show up very late, even when it has been mailed promptly. if you still dont get it, then file your dispute, but dont be so hasty- stuff comes up for everyone, even ebay sellers...

thats true,im just so use to everyone else ive dealt with being so fast.Ill give it a bit longer and see what happens.Thanks for the help
