You can go to Add Players at any point and add somebody. Depending on roster size and how many players you already have, you'll probably have to drop someone you currently have to pick up someone else, to keep your roster with the correct number of players. Also, when you pick up a player, it probably won't go through right away. W/waivers, they all go through at the same time (usually around Wednesday) and whoever is lower in the standings, their waiver claims go through first. So if you claimed somebody, but someone lower in the standings claimed him too, he'll get him and you'll be left out.
