Topps Chrome is a nice mid-end set that is terrific for rookie collectors. With 110 Rookies in the set, there are many rookies in this set that aren't in many other products. Every pack had at least one rookie card or insert and most had 2. A couple of packs yielded multiple rookies and an insert. The insert sets are nice and are in line with previous years. The design is eye catching and the Military Heroes subset was a nice addition.
My only possible issue with the set is the sheer number of refractors and inserts in it. One would have to buy many boxes in order to make a master set as every card has multiple versions (refractor, white, red and super refractors and so on).
