Report: Nuggets trade Marcus Camby to L.A.
Baron Davis just got some help in L.A.
The Nuggets will trade center Marcus Camby to the Clippers in a move to create salary cap room, the Denver Post reported Tuesday.

oh man, seeing the subject line i thought you meant the lakers and i was thinking WOW.
seems like the clippers are giving up very little... all the nuggets get is a 2nd round draft pick? i guess they get the money lifted off them (to maybe use to get someone else) and that is mainly why they did it.

Cap relief for the Nuggets. But there goes their best defensive player. They may as well get rid of Iverson and Kenyon Martin. This trade may have been made to sign J.R. Smith to a big deal.
For the Clips, this potentially could be a steal. Camby is getting up there in age and has been injury prone. But him and Kaman on the front line? Tough paint.

I've done it again! ;-) I had a headline "Allen out for Celtics in finals" meaning Tony, not Ray...lol
Neither team is going anywhere....Nuggets got ripped on this deal IMO...but, it does improve the Clippers front court big-time!
