    Paypal question

    Hey guys got a question

    I have a dispute open right now with Paypal for an unrecieved item from ebay, my question is if you have a dispute open will that put a freeze on your balance?? I paid for another item after the dispute was opened and it does not show up anywhere in there, so now i am confused what is going on.

    they will put a freeze on the amount in question not the whole thing

    Alright so if i have the funds available that were paid on the other one why would it not show up and be posted accordingly??
