    As much as I do agree with you on that (im a Raiders fan). I do also feel that they need a coach to teach with discipline. The game last Monday was terrible, too many dumb penalties, and bad play calling. I agree that Davis doesn't help the matter because he doesn't want to help the coaches get the kind of help they REALLY need. I know Davis won't get rid of defensive coordinator Rob Ryan though, Davis LOVES Ryan.
