    Reliant Stadium has roof damage and debris inside the stadium....the Astrodome is right next door and did not suffer any structural damage but is unusable, there are problems within the building. So yeah here in town Rice is the next option, it is big enough to hold an NFL game and they have had a Super Bowl there back in the 70s.
