Arenas Has Surgery...Again
WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Gilbert Arenas of the Washington Wizards will miss the first month of the season after undergoing a surgical procedure on his left knee Wednesday, according to a story in the Washington Post.

Time for everyone to be OVER Gilbert Arenas!
He's not even the SECOND best player on his own team.

Sucks for the Wizards that they paid him large, you would think with his recent string of injuries, they'd want to make sure he was 100% before giving him that much money. Now they have an egotistical overpaid player, but on the bright side, he's getting paid huge right now for doing nothing :)

Exactly!!!! I cant believe they are paying him that much to do nothing

at least the time he misses will be at the beginning of the season and not the end.

He thinks he's all that, yet this statement is so true....I'd much rather have Jamison or Butler than Gilbert "What's all the Hoopla around me about?" Arenas...lol...that nickname seems to just roll off the tounge ;-)

I like Arenas, he is a deadly shooter, but he is ALWAYS injured. He can't seem to stay healthy, I think the Wizards should've let him go elswhere and picked up someone in the draft or a free agent

Well, Jamison is the team captain of the Wizards at least (unless Arenas is also a co captain, but i'm pretty sure he isn't) so I think in that sense at least the team is laid out in way that the best person for the job is the leader.
