Please help ebay win!!! Fake or not

I just won this card, im not really feeling good about it. I feel as if this card is a fake. All the bidders were kept private. The card does not seem to have a serial number on it, but its stated that its number to /99.

LMK what you think and give me your opinion on what i should do.

The 3 color patch is legit, its numbered to 99 which a lot of SPX rc's from this year have 3 color patches in the lower parallel rc's.
Is a private auction one of the signs of a possible fake, yes. The seller really doesn't have a reason to hide ID's, but he did for some reason. The photo isn't that great, so you can't see the serial number. In this case I think you are jumping to conclusions, I'd pay for the auction a wouldn't think once let alone twice about the authenticity.

Of all the SpX cards to fake, I don't think Devin Thomas is real high on the list. It's real.

I disagree, no question its real, you're hurting if you have to fake a Devin Thomas rc patch.
