    Talking Hi all, long time no see

    Hey guys & gals-

    Thought I would pop in and say hi...I haven't been around at all much, lots in my life going on and sportscards is way down on that list...

    I am in Canada right now, got here on the 18th of August. I am engaged to be married in 2009 (no set date yet)! It is legal here in the province of Ontario for us. We are filling out immigration papers for me to move here. It is going to take some time and money but it's all good! She is going to sponsor me, but I may go the work visa route....lots of paperwork and stuff to look at! I am not sure when I am coming back to the States....I can be here up to 6 months before I go back but I am guessing around the 1st of Nov.

    My dog Taz died on the 6th of this month. That broke my heart but she had a long happy life so I am thankful for that.

    I have still been working on my weight loss. I have shed about 80 lbs since last Dec.

    I hope you all have been doing well! Just wanted to stop in and share....I come and lurk about 2 times a week when I get the chance lol

    Thanks for updating us on what's going on! I lost a pet in May myself, but my family got a new one August 30 (very sweet and spunky cat). It sucks to lose a pet at any time, whether young or old. I'm glad your dog had a long and happy life though.
