Its numbered #231/299 and not 213/299 as mentioned in the description.

I don't think you have anything to worry about. Upon further inspection, if you look at a checklist, the Roethlisberger's card # is 213, not the serial number. I would be wary too if I saw that like you did, but I think he's just stating that the literal card # on the back is 213 and is serially numbered out of 299.
On a side note, I'd go for it man! It'd look SWEEET in your personal collection and that's a NICE logo patch! The price that it's sitting at now is awesome too. I'd say go for it with confidence! Hope this helps you!
