    Suppose to contain 1 Sequentially Numbered Refractor Parallel or 1 Printing Plate.

    This appears to be your run-of-the-mill, non-numbered, refractor, encased.

    Well the chrome refractor looks like a Topps screw-up.....but whats wrong with the Slaton jersey? I pulled one just like it.

    The Slaton Jersey was pulled from a $40 hobby pack when they should be exclusive to Targets retail packs.

    Same thing happened with me with my tops chrome box loaders. Except I got 3 boxes and all 3 were like that. I am going to try and contact topps about that.
