I didn't read through the thread, but I just finished watching the debate and I feel that it was pretty even.

At least the CNN and MSNBC polls were close. Fair and balanced...lol.

Me too, but they are going to rig it. I know it. She's a woman, so restrictions are going to be put in place. I just know that is going to happen. I'm not being sexist with that comment. Biden can't be shown absolutely crushing Palin....because he would in a real debate.

Sure they will rig it, just like this one was rigged by including the economy, Which already has a whole entire debate set for it.

If they didn't talk about the economy then it would be stupid with what we are going through right now..

My thoughts on the debate were

Mccain looked old (slumping, stumbling on names and facts)
Obama looked weak (agreeing with Mccain and not attacking him)..

The only thing that stuck out about the debate was when mccain pretty much admitted the US has tortured prisoners under bush but it wasn't covered..

IF Palin was smart she would speak very little at the debat and give Biden enough rope to hang himself..
