That was a horrible game both teams sucked in the first half. Wisconsin should have tied it up on that two point conversion if it wasn't for a stupid penalty. How can someone get an illegal man down field penalty on the 3 yard line

A 2 point conversion in college starts on the 3 yard line, therefore if the player goes into the endzone they have covered more than 3 yards and thus are ineligible downfield.
Wisconsin even said the call was the right call.
GO BLUE!!!

Well i hope that was the turning point for Michigan. They need to produce as they are one of the Highly ranked universities in the country. They are expected to win games not lose 6 games a year. Not a bad call but a mistake on Wisconsin part.

They are expected to win, however they are in a position right now where they cant be expected to win every game. They are too young matched with a brand new coach and scheme so people need to be realistic and accept that they are gonna lose some games this year and they will win some games that they arent expected to just like saturday.

I agree with you on that but at the same time they paid rich a lot of money to come turn things around and win so i hope that will happen soon. The Wisconsin game was a little boost of confidence for them. yes they are young but we recruit the top players to play at Michigan so they need to step up and stop FUMBLING the football.

Dave, Coach Carr went 7-5 with far superior talent then what Coach Rod has right now and up until a year or so ago, people never said a word about him!. If we go 6-6 and make a bowl, I'm fine with that for this year.
Rich's offense requires the right QB, once that's in place, I expect us to be a dominate force.

If you look at their commits for next year, they have two strong spread offense QB's coming in. However, if Threet can continue to play relatively well, he might secure his position next year as he continues to get accustomed to this offense. He's not doing horrible, but definitely not doing as well as someone like Terrell Pryor would have done.
