    Question about selling cards.

I have a whole bunch of commons and such and wouldn't mind getting rid of some, after me and my friend go threw them and see if there is anything of value i want to sell what i can. I figure if i sell in bulk would .10-.15 be to much to sell commons in bulk? Any help is welcomed and thanks in advance

The best way to sell commons is probably at a garage sale. Putting commons on ebay is a waste of time and money. If you have enough commons what I do is group them in teams and then you can put them on ebay in say a Team Group of 100 cards. That usually sales just make sure to cover your shipping costs.

I'd say that .10-.15 per common in bulk is way over estimated. I deal in commons and base stars and there are hundreds of stars that I can buy in bulk at 1¢ per card. Now, that is due to the fact that I buy about 400 different players and guys will sell me players at 1¢ in lots where they have other players that I pay 15¢ per card.

I'm not sure what your definition of "a whole bunch" is but if they are all newer football you may be able to find someone to take them, but probably not anywhere close to .10 per card. I've been able to buy 2-3 monster boxes of new football with names still in for $15-$25 a monster box depending on who it is and what season it is.

Commons buyers typically buy cheap unless they have an instant buyer for them or they are super premium commons.

    good luck,
    mark

It's kind of funny too tho' - cos it's actually really hard to get hold of commons for players from even 5 or 6 years ago.
I always wonder where the cards all go.

Easiest to sell them as team sets.
